Job summary

Tranzeal in Bengaluru seeks a Talent Acquisition Scheduler to manage interview coordination and logistics. The role requires handling high-volume scheduling across EMEA, JAPAC, or USA hours and interfacing with interview teams and hiring managers.

You will work closely with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience, maintain SOPs, and produce ATS reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree and on-site presence at our Bangalore office at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume scheduling and ATS/tools preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team across time zones.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates for scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain and update regional operations training guides and SOPs.
• Ad hoc reporting from the applicant tracking system.
• Provide on-site interview support and assist with onsite projects.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Job description

• Manage high volume interview scheduling for our Talent Acquisition team (following EMEA, JAPAC or USA working hours)
• Provide enthusiastic guidance and communication to potential hires, interview teams and hiring managers as it relates to the interview scheduling and logistics throughout the interview process
• Partner with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate and high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain a consistent follow up with interviewers and candidates throughout the hiring process in order to enhance positive hiring experience
• Actively maintain and update regional talent acquisition operations training guides and standard operating procedures documents
• Ad hoc reporting from our applicant tracking system
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed
• Work from our Bangalore office minimum 3 days per week
• Assist with onsite interviews and other onsite related projects

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
• Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands & deadlines
• Detail oriented; able to "connect dots to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
