Job summary

Vrb Consumer Products is seeking an experienced Officer Production to lead day-to-day sauce manufacturing at our Neemrana plant. You will oversee batch prep, cooking, filling, and packing, ensuring quality, safety, and timely output.

You will coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to optimize resources, uphold GMP/HACCP, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food/FMCG manufacturing, preferably sauces or condiments.
• Knowledge of sauce manufacturing processes, batch processing, and filling/packing operations.
• Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
• Experience in production planning and manpower handling on the shop floor.
• Proficient in MS Excel, production reports, and MIS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor day-to-day sauce manufacturing operations as per production plans and SOPs.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor processes such as batch preparation, mixing, cooking, processing, filling and packing.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Planning teams for smooth production operations.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, packaging materials and machinery.
• Monitor production parameters, batch records, material consumption and production output.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of production reports, batch records and MIS.
• Identify production issues, process deviations and breakdown-related concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and plant safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and 5S standards across the production area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce wastage and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and production processes.
