Job summary

Creativelipi Webtech is seeking an MIS and Reporting Executive to maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and data records from Dadri, UP.

You will rely on advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI to visualize data, monitor metrics, and support management with ad-hoc analysis while ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or Operations.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and databases.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational metrics.
• Generate performance reports and highlight key observations or deviations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrections.
• Handling of Dialer Data- Convox and Urasoft

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, basic formulas, filters, and data formatting.
• Experience in creating and maintaining MIS dashboards using Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting.
• Good understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
