Job summary

Medmanor Organics is hiring an MIS Executive in Hyderabad to manage and maintain business data across ERP/CRM/HMS systems. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensure data accuracy, and support decision-making with timely information.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Mon–Sat work pattern may apply depending on the site.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel highlighting Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Data Management - Collect, compile, validate, and maintain business data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, and regular updates of databases, spreadsheets, and MIS systems.
• Reporting & Analysis - Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Database & System Maintenance - Maintain and update records in ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other management systems, ensuring data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and supporting system migrations and updates as required.
• Coordination & Support - Coordinate with cross-functional departments to collect and consolidate data, support management with timely information for decision-making, and address data-related queries through accurate and prompt reporting.
• Process Improvement - Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities, develop efficient templates and dashboards, and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting quality, and operational efficiency.
