Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring a Specialist - HRO for Employee Lifecycle Management in India. You will support end-to-end hiring, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You will work with Workday and ServiceNow, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and help maintain data integrity in ATS while contributing to onboarding and process improvements in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or administrative support.
• Experience with HR databases and automated recruiting tools (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing etiquette.

Inviting applications for the role of HRO [Talent Acquisition]

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the end-to-end hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Manage scheduling for interviews and candidate assessments (in-person or virtual) for candidates, recruiters and team members across the business groups, providing an excellent experience to everyone you work with daily.
• Create offer letters and Initiate background checks for new hires; escape discrepancies to Director, Talent Acquisition for resolution.
• Provide ad-hoc support for Recruiters.
• Maintain data integrity in systems of record by communicating frequently with Recruiters and the HR Strategy & Operations team.
• Fully and accurately utilize Workday and ServiceNow as well as find efficiencies in process wherever needed.
• Track all referrals and process the payment.
• Initiate and monitor new hire onboarding and ensure all onboarding forms are completed.
• Maintain and update the Talent Acquisitions library of documents as our process' evolve.
• Onboard vendors & process TA related invoices.
• Be responsible for updating and maintaining offer letter/contract templates, process documents, training materials, and/or Talent Acquisition policies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• recruitment or administrative support experience.
• Previous experience with HR databases and automated recruiting tools (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Experience communicating (written and verbal) effectively and tactfully in a customer service manner .
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management.
• Experience using and maintaining multiple tools such as Canva, Sterling, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Form and Google Sheets .
• Experience coordinating and performing multiple tasks .
• Experience using the Recruiting function in Workday .
• Strong organizational skills, proven attention to detail/accuracy is required .
