Job summary

TYASuite Software Solutions in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with about 1 year of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing experience to drive lead generation, content, and campaigns across paid and organic channels.

You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to support demand generation, optimize campaigns using AI-powered tools, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products.
• Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Create and coordinate marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, traffic, and other key metrics.
• Analyze campaign data and support the team in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and other teams to support lead generation and marketing objectives.
• Explore and use AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, B2B SaaS marketing practices, and emerging technologies.
• Support other digital marketing activities and campaigns as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our B2B SaaS marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to digital marketing, lead generation, content, SEO, paid campaigns, and social media marketing.

This role is suitable for a candidate with around 1 year of experience who is keen to build expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, performance marketing, AI-powered marketing tools, and demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products.


• Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.


• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.


• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.


• Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and growth marketing strategies.


• Strong analytical and communication skills.


• Good content writing and coordination skills.


• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
