Job summary

Aurum Alumni seeks an experienced DGM/GM - Projects (Civil) to lead large-scale civil construction initiatives on Yamuna Expressway. The role requires 20+ years of construction industry experience and a BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.

You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring across multi-disciplinary teams and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. Lead project teams, coordinate with consultants and contractors, maintain quality and safety standards, and provide regular MIS

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction industry
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience in large-scale civil projects

Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution and monitoring of civil construction projects.
• Lead project teams and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, productivity and project costs.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors and internal departments.
• Review project progress, budgets, resources and timelines.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Drive project performance and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Provide regular project updates and MIS reports to senior management.
• Candidates should have strong experience in large-scale civil construction projects.
