Job summary

ICICI Lombard in Odisha, India is seeking a Field Sales professional to drive Health policy sales through direct field meetings and retail product handling. The role involves recruiting and training agents, licensing and tracking activations, and maintaining strong relationships with health agents.

The candidate will coordinate with Underwriting, Claims and Operations, meet agents and intermediaries regularly, and motivate agents to achieve contests and generate incremental business.

Qualifications

• Experience in health policy sales is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients/agents.
