Job summary

ICICI Lombard is seeking a field sales professional to drive health policy sales through in-person meetings in Bhuj. The role includes recruiting and training agents, generating business from them, and ensuring licensing and activation processes are tracked regularly.

You will maintain strong relationships with health agents, coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations, and meet agents and intermediaries to record activities in a planned manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in health insurance sales.
• Ability to recruit and train agents.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients.
• Experience in handling licensing and activation processes.

• To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
• Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
