Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance is hiring for a field sales role focused on recruiting, onboarding and developing a strong advisor/agent network in the Telangana region. You will train advisors on products and sales processes, drive lead generation, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

The role requires travel within the region, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Experience in BFSI and managing teams will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, insurance, agency, BFSI or related field.
• Experience in managing a team or advisor/agent network preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Target-oriented with strong sales and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment and business development.

Responsibilities
