Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven recruiter/sales coordinator to plan and execute sourcing plans for hiring agents in Karnataka. The role aims to achieve monthly and yearly business targets through an expanding agent force and to plan efforts for procuring new policies and customers.

Ideal candidates have experience in life or general insurance sales, exposure to people management, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Insurance Sales or other insurance/financial sector is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and manage teams.
• Graduate with familiarity of local geography; knowledge of local markets is a plus.
