Job summary

TVS Motor Company invites applications for Unit Incharge Operations - Sustainability at Hosur Plant, Tamil Nadu. The role leads plant P&L, drives efficiency, compliance and growth.

You will oversee capacity planning, KPIs, regulatory compliance (PCB/RVSF, GST, RTO) and implement continuous improvement across all functions. 12–15 years in auto/manufacturing leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA with focus on Operations, Engineering, or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Own plant P&L; drive revenue, cost, and margin targets for set goals every year.
• Set and monitor KPIs across procurement, dismantling, sales, logistics, and commercial functions
• Lead capacity planning, infrastructure expansion, and new line approvals
• Ensure full regulatory compliance — PCB authorization, RVSF norms, RTO, GST, and all statutory requirements
• Drive SOP development, quality standards, and continuous improvement culture across all departments
• Superhead team and functions such as logistics, commercial, accounts for smooth operation related to plant operation
• Knowledge EPR against vehicle recycling, portalknowhow.
• Knowledge of carbon credit against vehicle recycling
• Conduct monthly business reviews; prepare board-level MIS and performance reports
• Resolve major customer, vendor, and statutory escalations; represent plant in regulatory inspections, logistic issues
