Job summary

TVS Motor Company is seeking an Executive - House Keeping at the Nalagarh Plant. The role focuses on ensuring zero complaints from facility users, regular site visits, and maintaining housekeeping standards across locations.

The incumbent will drive process improvements, introduce new housekeeping technologies, train staff, and manage service-provider relations, including timely billing and cost optimisation while upholding ESG commitments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure zero complaints from users of various facilities.
• Regularly visit all TVSM locations and take stock of housekeeping levels.
• Evaluate consultants and recommend them for a job.
• Collaborate with user teams to identify impediments affecting housekeeping performance.
• Manage events like Founders Day without any incidences.
• Introduce new technology in Housekeeping.
• Ensure all housekeepers are trained and upkeep is TVS standard.
• Ensure good relations with service providers.
• Ensure bills of service providers are processed in time.
• Drive various process improvement measures.
• Knowledge of measurement in service quality.
• Drive cost optimisation without compromising delivery standard.
• Basic knowledge on LEAN tools applicable for manufacturing plant.
• Safety awareness on plant housekeeping.
• ESG factors and initiatives.
