Job summary

Sahrudaya Health Care in Bengaluru seeks a senior leader to own the hospital's P&L and drive revenue growth and profitability. You will oversee end-to-end operations, optimize bed/OT/diagnostics resources, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve productivity and service quality targets.

The role focuses on improving EBITDA, cost control, and patient experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement.

• Own the complete P&L of the hospital and drive revenue growth and EBITDA.

• Monitor revenue and operational KPIs including occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS and EBITDA.
• Ensure billing accuracy, revenue leakage control and cost optimization without compromising care.

Job description

• Own the complete P&L of the hospital, driving revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow and budgetary performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end hospital operations, ensuring optimal utilization of beds, OT, diagnostics, manpower, equipment and other resources.
• Drive business growth through consultant engagement, referral development, corporate business, patient acquisition and service-line expansion.
• Monitor and improve key revenue and operational KPIs including OPD/IPD volumes, occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS, OT utilization, realization, collections and EBITDA.
• Ensure billing accuracy, revenue assurance and leakage control across all clinical and non-clinical processes.
• Drive cost optimization across manpower, materials, consumables, vendors, services and facility management without compromising quality or patient care.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, performance and profitability targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, referral doctors, corporate clients, patients, vendors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality, clinical, administrative, statutory and regulatory requirements, including timely renewals and certifications.
• Monitor patient experience, doctor satisfaction and operational gaps; implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality and business performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reviews and performance improvement initiatives, providing strategic inputs to management.
• Oversee hospital infrastructure, projects, contracts, vendors, security, housekeeping, logistics, waste management and maintenance for optimum operational efficiency.
