Responsibilities

• Profile Building (Grades 9-10): Conduct career exploration and interest mapping sessions.
• Profile Building (Grades 9-10): Design multi-year roadmaps covering academics, extracurricular activities, research, internships, volunteering, and summer schools.
• Profile Building (Grades 9-10): Recommend tailored activities such as online courses, competitions, projects, and community service.
• Profile Building (Grades 9-10): Track student growth and adjust plans as interests evolve.
• Admissions Counseling (Grades 11-12): Guide students in university shortlisting based on academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Admissions Counseling (Grades 11-12): Assist with application essays, resumes, and recommendation letters.
• Admissions Counseling (Grades 11-12): Provide feedback on personal statements and ensure applications highlight the student strengths.
• Admissions Counseling (Grades 11-12): Support students through the application timeline: testing, deadlines, interview prep, and scholarships.
• Across Both Stages: Maintain consistent communication with students and parents to ensure progress and alignment.

Requirements
