You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, verify qualifications, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and manage offers.
  • Maintain candidate communications and build a talent pipeline.
  • Update ATS with candidate data and meet KPIs.

Shift: UK Shift (1:00 pm to 10:pm/2:00 pm to 11:00 pm/10:30 to 7:30 pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UK Education Recruiter to source, attract, and place qualified education professionals across schools, academies, colleges, and educational institutions in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate should have experience in UK recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit teachers, teaching assistants, SEN professionals, support staff, and other education professionals for UK educational institutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.
  • Verify candidate qualifications, right-to-work documents, references, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer acceptance.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Achieve recruitment KPIs, placement targets, and client service standards.
  • Stay updated on UK education recruitment trends, safeguarding requirements, and compliance regulations.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in UK Education recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for Primary, Secondary, SEN, or Further Education roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UK safeguarding, DBS checks, Right to Work, and compliance processes is an advantage.
