Job summary

Capco in Mumbai is seeking a QA/UAT Analyst with 2-10 years' experience to support business-critical projects. You will understand requirements, design test scenarios, and drive end-to-end validation across domains such as banking and insurance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely defect resolution and UAT sign-offs, contributing to delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of UAT execution and business validation experience.
• Strong domain knowledge and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and coordinating with product owners.

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA professional with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Domain Expertise to support business-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track, report, and support defect resolution activities.
• Ensure successful completion of UAT and sign-off readiness.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Good domain/business process understanding.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and validate business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on exposure to Selenium or Playwright automation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Experience Requirement:

• 4-7 Years - Ability to independently drive UAT activities and stakeholder interactions.
• 7-10 Years - Experience leading UAT engagements, managing stakeholders, and driving UAT sign-offs.
