Job summary

Capco is seeking a UAT Tester / QA Analyst in Mumbai to support business-critical projects with strong UAT and domain expertise. The candidate will validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

The role requires experience in UAT planning, test case execution, and defect tracking within Agile environments, with exposure to Selenium or Playwright being advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of UAT execution and business validation experience.
• 4-7 years of independently driving UAT activities and stakeholder interactions.
• 7-10 years of leading UAT engagements and sign-offs.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows.

We are looking for a QA professional with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Domain Expertise to support business-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.

• Work closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
