Job summary

Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking a UAT Tester / QA Analyst to validate end-to-end business processes across banking, financial, and energy sectors. The role requires strong UAT expertise, domain understanding, and collaboration with stakeholders in Agile environments.

You will translate business requirements into test scenarios, drive defect resolution, and ensure sign-offs with business users and product owners.

Experience: 2-4 Years / 4-7 Years / 7-10 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a QA professional with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Domain Expertise to support business-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders.
• Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows.
