Job summary

DXC Technology Philippines is seeking a seasoned QA Automation Lead with 8-10 years of software testing experience to define strategies, mentor engineers, and drive robust automation frameworks.

You will lead end-to-end testing across functional, regression, and performance areas, collaborate with DevOps and product teams, and advance testing practices within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing with strong automation and leadership.
• Expertise in automation using Selenium (Java) and related frameworks.
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge (Java preferred).
• Exposure to API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc., Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
