Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead to define test strategies and mentor a QA team. You will design robust automated frameworks, perform end-to-end testing, and collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high‑quality releases.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software testing, strong Selenium/Java automation, API testing, and experience with CI/CD tools. Role offers hybrid work with in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Selenium (Java) and automation frameworks.
• Strong Java skills and API testing with REST Assured / Postman / ReadyAPI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience and excellent communication.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).
• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
