Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced QA leader to define test strategies, mentor engineers, and lead automation initiatives for complex software systems. You will guide end-to-end testing across functional, regression, and performance domains and collaborate closely with DevOps and product teams.

You will drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools, ensuring high-quality releases while mentoring a team of skilled testers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software testing with a strong automation focus.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium (Java) or equivalent.
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
