Job summary

DXC Technology in India is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to shape test strategies for complex software systems. You will lead a team of QA engineers, mentor juniors, and drive automation initiatives across the release cycle.

You will design robust test frameworks, execute end-to-end testing (functional, regression, performance, security), and collaborate with DevOps, development, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software testing experience with a focus on automation and test leadership.
• Expertise in automation with Selenium (Java) or similar tools.
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
