Job summary

DXC Technology in Hyderabad seeks an experienced QA Automation Lead to shape testing strategy, mentor a team, and build scalable automation frameworks.

The role covers end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing, with collaboration across Development, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java).
• Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
