Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a senior QA leader to define and drive robust testing strategies and automation across complex software systems. You will mentor a team of QA engineers, design scalable frameworks, and oversee end-to-end testing including performance and security aspects.

Collaboration with Dev, product, and DevOps teams will be essential to deliver high-quality releases. The role emphasizes strong leadership, Java-based automation expertise, and experience with API testing tools, CI/CD

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in software testing with a strong automation focus.
• Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium (Java) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java preferred).
• Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
