Job summary

Essvee Services is hiring a Travel Sales Consultant I to manage outbound sales for domestic and international travel packages. This role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and preferably experience in outbound sales or travel sales. A graduate in any discipline is required, with freshers encouraged to apply.

Compensation is competitive, with a salary of 40k to 45k per month plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales or travel sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for promoting domestic and international travel packages.
• Generate sales by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Prepare quotations and itineraries based on customer preferences.
• Conduct regular follow-up with leads to achieve closures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Upsell travel-related services such as hotels, flights, transfers, and activities.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM/system.
• Build customer confidence through professional communication and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
