Job summary

AIONOS in Gurugram is hiring for a Domestic Travel Executive to handle calls related to domestic flight bookings and travel queries. You will assist with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds, and manage PNRs while ensuring adherence to airline policies.

Excellent English communication is required, with graduation and a minimum of 6 months in travel. This is a work-from-office role at Sector 32, Gurugram, offering salary up to 4.5 LPA CTC.

• Handle full and partial ticket exchanges as per airline policies.
• Check fare rules, pricing, availability and applicable charges.
• Create and manage PNRs accurately.
• Process refunds and ticket changes as per process guidelines.
• Handle EMD issuance and related transactions.
