Job summary

ATAIN is seeking Travel Process Executives with hands-on Amadeus GDS experience to handle international travel inquiries, reservations, ticketing and customer support via voice processes.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting with itineraries and fare information, maintaining bookings, and adhering to quality standards; 5-day week with rotational shifts and attractive incentives.

Immediate joiners preferred with minimum travel process exposure.

Qualifications

• Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
• 6 months travel process experience or more.
• Good knowledge of flight bookings, ticketing and fare rules.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Typing speed and basic computer literacy.

Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Process Executives with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should have experience handling travel-related queries, reservations, ticketing, and customer support through voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries.
• Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare-related information.
• Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of service quality.

Required Skills -

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process.
• Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary management.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
• Experience in an international/domestic travel voice process preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
