Yes Holidays in Chennai is seeking a Travel Manager for a full-time on-site role. You will oversee end-to-end travel planning, design itineraries, manage bookings, and coordinate transport, accommodation, and activities for individuals and groups.

You will interact with customers to understand preferences, negotiate with vendors, monitor budgets, handle changes, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to service improvements and new travel offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service to engage travelers, understand needs, and resolve issues professionally.
• Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning, booking systems, and coordination with travel partners.
• Sales skills to promote travel packages, upsell services, and support revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, with familiarity in domestic and international travel regulations and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle last-minute changes.
• Comfort with using travel booking software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
• Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
