Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a travel agency or corporate travel environment preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, preparing and modifying reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers, and coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers. The role involves managing booking changes and cancellations, resolving travel-related issues, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s travel management systems. The Travel Consultant will also contribute to sales targets, support promotional offers, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
