• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa processes, and tourism standards.
• Proficiency with travel booking software, GDS platforms, and standard office applications.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism environment is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
