Job summary

Juzgo Holiday Worlde LLP in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, seeks a travel consultant to design domestic and international tour packages and itineraries. You will handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels; prepare quotations; and explain inclusions, pricing, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.

You will follow up with leads, coordinate travel arrangements, and aim to meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma in travel/hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years travel consultancy or sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel plans.
• Prepare domestic and international tour packages and itineraries.
• Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Prepare quotations; explain inclusions, pricing, hotels, sightseeing, transfers.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with DMCs and travel partners; arrange travel services.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
• Ensure timely follow-up before, during, and after trips.
• Handle queries, changes, cancellations professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Stay updated on destinations and travel trends.

Job description

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel plans.
• Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages and itineraries.
• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and other services.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, visa assistance, travel insurance, and other travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers before, during, and after their trip.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Stay updated on new destinations, travel packages, hotel options, and tourism trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in travel consultancy, travel sales, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also be considered.
