Responsibilities include handling domestic and international enquiries, preparing itineraries and quotations, following up via calls, WhatsApp and email, and coordinating with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other providers to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Tour Package Sales / Travel Industry.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare attractive and competitive travel quotations.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, GDS and hotel booking platforms is a plus.

Tour Package Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tour Package Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing customized tour packages and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations and package proposals.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs and other travel service providers.
• Handle booking confirmations and ensure smooth coordination before and during the client's travel.
• Maintain regular follow-up and update customer details in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Tour Package Sales / Travel Industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare attractive and competitive travel quotations.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, GDS, hotel or travel booking platforms will be an added advantage.

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
