Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticketing, reservations and issuance.

• Operate on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).

Key Responsibilities

• * Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance.
• * Coordinate and communicate directly with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.
• * Share fare quotations, flight schedules, itineraries, and booking details with clients.
• * Follow up with clients regarding quotations, confirmations, payments, and ticket issuance.
• * Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• * Check flight availability, compare fares, and suggest the best routing options.
• * Handle ticket cancellations, reissuance, refunds, and date changes.
• * Maintain knowledge of airline fare rules, baggage allowances, penalties, and ticketing policies.
• * Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for ticketing-related requirements.
• * Resolve client queries promptly and ensure a smooth booking experience.
• * Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely processing of all requests.
