Key Responsibilities

• Handle international flight queries, itinerary planning, and consultation
• Create multi‑sector itineraries; advise on fare rules and best options

• Coordinate with airlines/vendors; maintain documentation and audit trail
• Provide premium customer support and timely resolution
• Maintain reporting, CRM updates, and SOP adherence

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation completed (any stream)
• 3+ years international travel booking experience (mandatory)
• Hands‑on knowledge of fare rules, reissue/refund handling, airline policies
• Willing to work on‑site in Patna
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) or equivalent systems
• Strong negotiation skill and supplier network familiarity
• Experience handling high‑ticket customers and time‑sensitive escalations
