Job summary

Solutions Travel in India is hiring for a Travel Consultant - Blended Process. The role involves handling end-to-end travel bookings and ticketing activities, with a focus on refunds, reissues, exchanges, and MCOs using GDS systems. Strong communication skills and hands-on GDS experience are essential for success.

The position requires at least 2 years in corporate travel, and candidates with only CRM experience will not be considered. Immediate hiring and a blended process are part of the role.

Qualifications

Role: Travel Consultant - Blended Process

Salary: Up to 50,000 CTC

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduates Only

Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Process

Hardcore GDS experience is mandatory

Candidates with only CRM experience who route ticketing requests to a separate ticketing team are not eligible

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

• Refunds
• Reissues
• Ticket Exchanges
• MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
• Ticket Cancellations

Excellent communication skills are mandatory

Important Note

Candidates must have hands-on GDS ticketing experience and should have personally processed refunds, reissues, exchanges, MCOs, and cancellations. Candidates who have only handled customer queries through CRM without performing ticketing functions will not be considered.
