Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE in Hyderabad is seeking a Transport Executive / Coordinator to manage end-to-end employee transportation operations onsite. You will coordinate with vendors, monitor routes, supervise drivers, and maintain transport MIS reports.

The role requires 2–6 years in transport/administration/logistics, strong communication, vendor management, and proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. Night shifts (EST) are involved. Immediate joiners preferred; cab facility is provided.

Qualifications

• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joiners or join within 15 days.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in transport/administration/logistics.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (EST time zone).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily employee transportation (cabs, vendors).
• Monitor routes, schedules, and driver performance for timely operations.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure safety & compliance.
• Handle employee escalations and ensure smooth transport operations.
• Supervise drivers and manage duty rosters.
• Maintain MIS reports, billing, and transport documentation.
• Ensure cost control and adherence to budgets.
• Work closely with admin and security teams for safe employee movement.
