Job summary

Shree Vasu Logistics in Odisha seeks a diligent Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee daily vehicle placement and transportation, track movements, and coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and depot teams.

You will prepare and maintain vehicle and trip records, monitor loading, dispatch and delivery status, resolve issues, and generate MIS and reports while ensuring SOP and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle placement and transportation operations.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and depot teams.
• Prepare and maintain vehicle and trip-related records.
• Monitor loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery status.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Verify transport documents, PODs, trip sheets, and other records.
• Monitor fuel, vehicle utilization, and transportation expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly transport MIS and operational reports.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate for quick resolution.
