• Optimize use of space by coordinating login and logout actions.
• Ensure compliance with transportation requirements (DOT, safety standards).
• Implement and monitor driver safety protocols and performance reviews.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to reduce costs.
• Supervise drivers, supervisors, and logistics coordinators; foster a safety culture.

Responsibilities Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day transportation activities, such as scheduling, route planning, and vehicle dispatch.
• Monitor shipment tracking and assure timely delivery.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and repair schedules to ensure fleet efficiency.
• To make the greatest use of available space, synchronize login and logout actions.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation requirements (DOT, safety standards).
• Implement and monitor driver safety protocols, such as training and performance reviews.
• Investigate accidents and occurrences to determine the underlying reasons and prevent recurrence.

Cost Control

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers to locate more cheap transportation options.
• Monitor power consumption and find opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze transportation expenses to discover possible savings.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor team members, including drivers, supervisors, and logistics coordinators.
• Create a culture of safety and responsibility within the transportation personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews and give comments to team members.
