Job summary

Randstad Bangalore is seeking a Sr. Executive Transport to oversee employee transportation operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling large groups, coordinating with vendors, and leveraging transport automation tools to optimize routing and scheduling.

The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in corporate employee transport, and expertise in Excel/MIS reporting. A flexible, 3-shift, 24/6 schedule and on-site work arrangement are expected.

Qualifications

• Any graduation
• Flexibility to work in all 3 shifts 24/6
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate employee transportation
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good knowledge of Bangalore geography/routes
• Proficiency in MS-Office and MIS reporting
• Experience with transport automation tools (Routematic/Safetrax)
• Vendor and safety management in transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage transport operations for employees.
• Coordinate with vendors for transport services.
• Utilize automation tools such as Routematic and Movensync for routing and scheduling.
• Prepare and review Excel/MIS reports.
• Ensure safety in transportation and incident reporting.
• Manage drivers and ad-hoc bookings.
• Maintain knowledge of Bangalore routes and geography.
• Document and report transportation operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Good experience in managing large crowds/employees.
