Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport MIS reports covering fleet deployment, employee coverage, costs, and compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vendor performance, and incidents.
• Analysis: Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities through data analysis.
• Compliance Tracking: Ensure reports meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Track SLA adherence, on-time performance, and elevate issues.
• Employee Feedback: Collect and analyze employee satisfaction data related to transport services.
• Coordination: Work closely with transport executives, vendors, and HR/facilities teams to align operations with reporting.
