Job summary

IndiGo is seeking a dynamic professional to manage crew transport operations in Mumbai, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient travel for crew members. The role involves vendor management, transport planning, automation tools, MIS reporting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

You will lead scheduling, routing, dispatch, and real-time tracking; coordinate with airport operations and vendors; monitor performance and safety; and drive improvements through data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, aviation operations, or logistics.
• Strong vendor management and MIS reporting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with transport management systems.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and be near airport location.

Responsibilities
