Job summary

Clarity Consulting in Pune invites applications for a Non IT - Transition lead role to drive business transition programs. The position emphasizes planning, strategy formulation, and coordinating cross-functional activities tailored to client needs.

You will oversee transition planning, financial management, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to the Transition Framework and contractual terms while promoting knowledge reuse across programs.

Responsibilities

• Strategy - planning & formulation: Provides inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.
• Transition Financial Management: Plan, deploy and manage financials for the transition program
• Foster Transition Innovation & Excellence: Continually strive towards, innovating & improving transition methodology, implementation of best practices within the group.
• Knowledge Management: Manage creation, deployment and reuse of knowledge artifacts created across different transition programs and facilitate adoption of best practices.
• Transition Planning: Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget; for respective transition project.
• Compliance to Transition Framework and Methodology: Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.
• Contract Management: Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during.
• Resource Planning & Allocation: Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.
