EY is seeking a Transition Management Assistant Director in India to lead the Service Transition program, ensuring structured processes move operations smoothly with minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

The role focuses on governance, planning, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to stabilise go-live and achieve steady-state operations across client environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and maintain the Service Transition framework, standards and policies.
• Establish transition phases, entry/exit criteria, readiness gates, and sign-off models.
• Ensure alignment between Service Transition and SDLC, validation/quality, and change/release.
• Knowledge Transfer, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to enable go-live.
