As a Transition Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and managing services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive operational success. You will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Responsibilities

• Managing the transition and delivery of managed services to streamline client operations
• Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)
• Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services
• Process Mapping and Re‑engineering
• Leading teams in project management and process optimization to enhance service quality
• Utilizing automation and service management tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Overseeing budgetary management and project planning to align with client objectives
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks to maintain service continuity
• Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for service enhancements
• Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
