Job summary

Crown HR Services in Vadodara seeks a CAD engineer with transformer industry exposure to join our technical team. You will prepare internal layouts of transformer active parts using AutoCAD and create fabrication drawings for tanks, covers and conservators.

You will work on core frame assembly drawings, insulation planning, cooling and short-circuit calculations to optimize designs and layouts both internally and externally. Prior experience with 220 kV transformers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with 220 kV transformers and related components.
• Proficient in core frame and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of insulation planning and thermal/circuit calculations.
• Ability to prepare fabrication drawings for tank, cover, conservator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal Layout of transformer Active part by using Auto CAD.
• Create fabrication drawings for NPD, manufacturing drawings for tank, cover, conservator.
• Develop cost-effective optimum design and internal/external GA drawings.
