Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to originate and shape digital opportunities for clients in Banking and Capital Markets. You will present concepts to senior stakeholders, develop business cases, and tailor cost structures and benefit models.

Collaborate across operations and transformation leads to identify opportunities and deliver cross-functional transformation programs. Extend enterprise adoption via showcases and value propositions, acting as the business interface for Agentic AI,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in any stream.
8–12 years of experience in Consulting, preferably Banking and Capital Markets.
Ability to present digital concepts articulately and passionately to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Experience developing business cases, cost structures, and benefit models.
Experience with digital, analytics, process redesign, Agentic AI, automation, and robotics solutions.
