Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Business Analyst to lead AI-enabled consulting engagements in India. You will structure problems, analyze processes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI-driven solutions, and develop process maps, SOPs, journey maps, and quantified business cases that demonstrate value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience in stakeholder interaction and requirement elicitation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI / Tableau).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in Insurance domain and AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled consulting engagements—from proposal through final outputs
• Structure problem statements, define analytical approaches, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to capture processes, pain points, controls, data touchpoints, and AI enablement areas
• Develop current- and future-state artifacts (process maps, SOPs, journey maps, RACI) aligned to AI-driven transformation
• Perform data analysis and work decomposition to quantify impact, benefits, and business case value
• Create executive-ready presentations, narratives, and deliverables for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate insights, shape AI-driven solutions, and track emerging AI and industry trends

Requirements

• Understanding of process improvement, data analytics, and digital transformation concepts
• Prior work experience and knowledge in the Insurance domain will be preferred
• Experience in working with AI tools and applications will be an advantage
