Job summary

Accenture in India seeks a seasoned Business Transformation Assoc Manager to drive process transformation initiatives across client engagements. The role emphasizes governance, solution shaping, and delivery leadership while leveraging automation and analytics to improve operational capabilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define strategic initiatives, guide BE deployments, and ensure high-impact outcomes for financial services and other industries.

Qualifications

• Be/BTech/MBA qualified with 10–14 years of experience in process transformation and business transformation.
• Strong consulting foundation with ability to drive large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in finance, risk, and automation bias towards digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive Process Transformation roadmap and implement strategic initiatives across BE functions.
• Lead onshore delivery and secure BE involvement in complex deals.
• Guide and develop teams to deliver services for clusters of clients.
• Own Geo Automation programs in coordination with delivery teams.
• Provide guidance on business process optimization to improve operations.

• The key responsibilities include driving Process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation
• Drive BE value proposition and secure BE involvement in most complex onshore delivery deals
• Clear thought process to lead, guide and develop team to provide services to cluster of clients

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industry
• Assess companys financial status and analyse investment plans
• Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding
• Advise on selling and buying stocks and bonds; forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies; analyse market trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law
• Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement
• 8+years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality
• 8+ years of overall experience in consulting
• 3-4 years of BPS exposure or experience in any of the domain (F&A, THR, procurement, financial services, etc)
