Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of BPaaS and ERP transformation across Finance Accounting, Procurement, SCM, and Shared Services.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to craft differentiated, AI-enabled solutions and oversee RFP responses, while guiding junior architects to deliver measurable outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, CS, or related field.
MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
15+ years of experience in solutioning, consulting, transformation, or enterprise applications.
8+ years in complex outsourcing, managed services, or transformation deals.
Deep understanding of Finance Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Services, or GBS.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO, MSP, and BPaaS opportunities.
Design transformation-led solutions across FA, Procurement, SCM, and Shared Services.
Create future-state operating models with Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
Develop pricing assumptions and value realization models with commercial teams.
Present solutions to CFOs, CPOs, COOs, and Shared Services leaders.
Lead deal qualification, pursuit strategy, and governance processes.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and development of transformative Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) and Enterprise Application solutions across Finance Accounting (FA), Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services functions.

The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in business operations with strong knowledge of ERP platforms, digital transformation, automation, AI, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to create differentiated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for global clients.

The role will be instrumental in shaping next-generation Agentic BPaaS offerings by integrating AI agents, workflow orchestration, process intelligence, enterprise applications, and operational excellence frameworks.

Responsibilities

Solution Design Architecture

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO, Managed Services, and BPaaS opportunities.
Design transformation-led solutions across:
- Finance Accounting (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Procurement Source-to-Pay
- Supply Chain Planning
- Logistics Fulfillment
- Inventory Management
- Supplier Management
- Shared Services Operations
Create future-state operating models incorporating Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
Develop scalable, outcome-based solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Agentic AI Digital Transformation

Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI capabilities into business processes.
Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design:
- Autonomous workflow agents
- AI copilots
- Exception management agents
- Knowledge agents
- Predictive and prescriptive decision-support systems
Build business cases demonstrating productivity, quality, cycle-time, and cost improvements.
Stay current on emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, process mining, and orchestration technologies.

Proposal Deal Support

Lead solutioning activities for RFPs, RFIs, client workshops, and transformation assessments.
Own solution response development, operating model design, staffing strategies, and transition approaches.
Develop pricing assumptions and value realization models in collaboration with commercial teams.
Present solutions to C-suite stakeholders including CFOs, CPOs, COOs, and Shared Services leaders.
Participate in deal qualification, pursuit strategy, and proposal governance processes.

Operations Transformation Consulting

Partner with Operations teams to identify transformation opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct process diagnostics and maturity assessments.
Design continuous improvement roadmaps leveraging AI and automation.
Support transition and transformation programs during deal execution.
Develop reusable solution assets, accelerators, benchmarks, and best practices.

Enterprise Applications Technology Integration

Design business process solutions leveraging leading platforms such as:
- SAP s/4hana
- Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Coupa
- Ariba
- ServiceNow
- Kinaxis
- Blue Yonder
- Anaplan
Work closely with application architects to align business processes with technology architecture.
Define integration points between ERP, workflow, analytics, and AI platforms.

Thought Leadership

Contribute to practice development and go-to-market offerings.
Create solution collateral, industry points of view, and executive presentations.
Mentor junior solution architects and consultants.
Support analyst briefings, client events, and strategic account planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
15+ years of experience in solutioning, consulting, business process transformation, or enterprise applications.
Minimum 8+ years supporting complex outsourcing, managed services, or transformation deals.
Deep understanding of at least two of the following domains:
- Finance Accounting
- Procurement
- Supply Chain
- Shared Services
- Global Business Services (GBS)
Proven experience supporting large multi-million-dollar pursuits and proposals.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.
Knowledge of Process Mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.
Experience with Automation platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Platform.
Understanding of cloud ecosystems including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
Familiarity with BPaaS operating models and outcome-based commercial constructs.
APQC, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or TOGAF certifications preferred.
